Soooo...what does goose taste like? Our young gander went after the dog today and he and I have been in several sparring matches lately. This is a battle he can not win -- however, he may not be convinced of this until he's sizzling in the oven.
Actually, I have no idea. But we'll find out Christmas day and I'll be sure to post a Christmas Supper Review!

We're going to need a full flavor report. I want to raise a turkey for next Thanksgiving, and a good sounds like a good project for next Christmas.
